Fighting is dynamic, you never know what it is going to happen when you are in a competitive bout or when you are sparring, but there are some variables you can control. In this video we discuss something you can control when you are planning a fight, and that is to plan your attacks by thinking one step ahead, attack, defend, counter. An example of this would be jab, slip outside, right cross. Below we go over attack, defend and counter using the right cross. So throwing the right cross, rolling under to avoid any return punch from your opponent(defend) before finishing off with our own counter, the right cross again.
