Boxing

The benefits of Boxing are endless. Over the years Boxing has been used by athletes, sporting teams and the general public as a form of health and fitness. Correct boxing training not only works all areas of the body, but also all aspects of fitness such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, stamina, co-ordination and power. The great thing about Boxing is that it is suitable for all ages! I have taught Boxing to children as young as 7 and clients who were approaching 60, you’re never too young or too old to learn!
