Meet Ryan. Ryan has been training with me for 4yrs and recently turned 60yrs old! Yet he is still training, Boxing and producing music!
The lead singer of a band in the 1970’s and 80’s Ryan is proof that age is never a barrier to chasing your dreams and enjoying your life and really is an inspiration. I can only hope I can hit as hard as Ryan when I am 60!
More importantly, Ryan credits Boxing for helping him have the energy to enjoy time with his grandchildren. Isn’t that what life is really about? To enjoy good health so we can spend more time with those we love.
