Review of RCR Nutrition Pre Workout Supplement
So I recently received my order of RCR Products Pre Workout Powder. It was a very timely delivery because I had a long and busy day planned. Starting at 9am in the gym for my own weight training session and then ending 12hrs later at 9pm with my final session of private boxing training.(Thankfully I did have a few gaps in between to handle other stuff)
This meant when the order arrived I was very eager to try some out. As someone who loves all things lemon flavoured(give me lemon cheesecake any day, lemon tarts, lemon meringue pie, lemon cake every day too) I naturally went with the lemon sherbet flavoured powder as my choice. After a couple of sips of the lemon flavoured powder I wish I hadn’t ordered this flavour, it was pretty bad! Not a worry, I got out some orange, lemon and pineapple flavoured squash(sugar fee of course) and mixed that in – much better!
It didn’t take long for the pre workout to kick in. You know the feeling, in my case I know it’s working because I can’t keep my mouth shut and just talk, talk, talk! I certainly felt a surge in energy and mood which really helped to carry me through the day. Part of this day was coaching, sparring, followed immediately by two more coaching sessions which usually leave me drained, but having taken the RCR Products Pre Workout Supplement, I didn’t feel any tiredness at any stage – very surprising! Usually after a sparring session I need a bit of time just to get my senses back and then it can be a struggle to get into the coaching because you’re shattered but not in this case. By the time I had finished I came home and I was still full of energy and got some more bits and pieces done at home.
I will add my diet was poor for the day, I usually intermittent fast, which I did but because of how busy I was I didn’t really eat a proper meal until past 9pm. So on a day in which I had a lot of physical activity on, with a reduced food and drink intake, I was still able to have more than enough energy because of the RCR pre workout supplement.
Very impressed with this, as someone who no longer ‘bodybuilds’ as I did that plenty in years gone by – I don’t really take any protein shakes, I prefer to get my proteins from whole foods so there are only a few supplements which interest me – glutamine for my joints and a vitamin and mineral supplement. But having such a physically demanding job means I must have the energy for the day else often times I will return from training drained and find myself falling asleep or not doing anything productive whilst I recover, with the RCR Products Pre Workout supplement, I had so much energy I was even able to wake up the following morning for a private boxing training session at 5am and still feel pretty fresh! This is definitely a product I will be investing in for the foreseeable future, so my recommendation is if you lead a busy or active lifestyle, the RCR Nutrition Pre Workout booster makes a great addition to your day.
