With my next book titled ‘Strength and Conditioning for Boxing’ due out in the coming weeks, here’s a good time to have a look at a great piece of equipment you can add to your workout routines, the battle ropes.
There are 5 exercises shown in the video. You can use these as part of a circuit, in which case do the moves for 60 seconds, rest 60 seconds and go onto the next exercise or you can use them together, 30 seconds at a time with 30 seconds break.
